Entries submitted will be shown at the Lyon Township “Movies In The Park” at the James F. Atchison Memorial Park located behind the Lyon Township Municipal Center at 58000 Grand River Avenue in New Hudson. Films begin at dusk.

At this event, as you enter the grounds, you will receive a voting ballot. As you watch the films, you will mark your ballot with your choices for Best Overall Film. You may mark your ballot with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place selection. After the screenings, the ballots will be collected and counted. The entry with the best score will receive the Audience Choice Award. The Audience Choice Award will be announced and presented at the Festival Awards Night.

Free Screening Night, May 21, 2010
We are please to partner with the The Lyon Theatre in South Lyon which will host the 2010 Festival Awards Night. The top entries as determined by the judges will be screened The Lyon Theatre located at 126 E. Lake Street, South Lyon, Michigan. Awards will be presented that night for the top film in each category:
- Youth Category: age 18 and under
- Collegiate Category: college students or college age 18 - 22
- General Category: non-student, age 23 and over
Tickets to this event will be sold at the door for a $2 donation per seat. Proceeds will be donated to the 3 Minutes in Lyon Film Festival to support the 2011 festival.

Let’s Roll!
This is unique event for the South Lyon and Lyon Township area. Plus, this is a family friendly event. Attendees can expect to view never seen before creative and innovative videos. Whether it is a comedy spoof, a local cause, a serious look into a important issue, or a fun and off-the-wall video, there will be videos that please every age group from elementary age to teens to seniors.
